National Geographic awards Puglia as the most beautiful region in the world
Puglia is once again back in the good graces of National Geographic .
After the " Best value travel destination in the world " obtained in 2014, the prestigious and coveted recognition once again speaks Apulian language.
The reasons that led National Geographic, Lonely Planet and the New York Times to crown (for the second time) Puglia as the most beautiful region in the world are many: the coast, the sea, the beaches, the thousand-year history of our villages, the tradition and quality of food; not to mention the monuments present and recognized as UNESCO heritage sites such as Castel del Monte and the suggestive Alberobello.
So once again we are talking about Puglia in the world thanks to one of the most prominent awards in the tourism sector.
